The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly in requirement gathering, implementation, and providing functional support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure Odoo modules, and ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality.Configure and implement Odoo modules (such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client needs.Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and development requirements.Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and process flows.Test Odoo functionalities, workflows, and custom developments before deployment.Assist in data migration and validation activities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations for clients.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.1–2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP functional role.Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).Good understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or HR domains.Good communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with Odoo Studio and functional testing.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Good to HaveOdoo certification (Functional / Technical).Experience with data migration tools and reporting in Odoo.Exposure to ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse Odoo implementation projects.Supportive environment with learning and career growth opportunities.Exposure to real-world business processes across industries.Competitive salary and benefits.Apply on --> While Applying, answer the following question in your short Introduction1) Why you are applying for this role?2) Why you are a good fit for this role?3) What is your current CTC and Expected CTC?
