The ideal candidate will have 𝟮–𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 with Odoo ERP, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. You should be capable of handling projects independently — from understanding client needs to successful solution delivery.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• Independently gather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality.• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client requirements.• Conduct end-user training and provide functional support during and post-implementation.• Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and other development needs.• Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.• Perform functional testing of Odoo workflows, features, and custom developments before deployment.• Lead data migration and validation processes.• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system operations.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.• 𝟮–𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 as an Odoo Functional Consultant.• Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing etc.).• Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains.• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.• Proven ability to manage tasks and projects independently.• Experience in Odoo Studio and functional testing.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲• Odoo certification (Functional / Technical).• Experience with data migration tools and Odoo reporting.• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿• Opportunity to lead and execute diverse Odoo implementation projects.• Supportive environment encouraging learning and career growth.• Exposure to real-world business processes across multiple industries.• Competitive salary and benefits.𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 --> 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: Application for Odoo Functional ConsultantWhile Applying, answer the following question in your email1) Why you are applying for this role?2) Why you are a good fit for this role?3) What is your current CTC and Expected CTC?4) What is your Notice Period?
