GrowExx is seeking a Certified
Scrum Master
, who has prior experience of facilitating multiple teams in aspects of Scrum framework with all artifacts and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product / project's scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective, planning meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback
  • Manage scrum board and ensure that stories/tasks are up to date
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal / external communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for all communications
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

Education and Experience

  • B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India
  • CSM or PSM certified
  • 7+ Years of total experience with a min. of 4 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Well versed with JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
