The Team / The Business :

The EDO (Enterprise Data Organisation ) Data and Distribution Platforms division is dedicated to developing platforms that facilitate data acquisition and onboarding while supporting cross-divisional product creation. They provide a variety of distribution channels, including warehouse-based solutions, files, and APIs tailored to different customer use cases. Furthermore, these platforms are designed to enable AI-driven distribution .

The Impact : The Scrum Master on the team has a shared responsibility to ensure that the team is aligned to both its team and program objectives and is making progress towards delivering them. The Scrum Master facilitate discussions between the business and the technology team members, and coaches the Scrum team in Scrum practices

Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization

Develop operational knowledge of business, IT, systems, and implementation processes

Responsibilities:

Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values to delight customers

Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization

Coach the Development team in self-organization and cross-functionality

Help the Development team to create high-value products

Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum team

Escalates and tracks key team metrics

Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information

What We're Looking For:

Has strong knowledge of business systems processes, models, and design requirements as well as workflow design.

Has strong knowledge of technical risks, workflow/business process analysis and engineering/quality processes and potential impact on other areas

Solve problems with detailed oversight or interaction

Solve routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures

As a servant leader, is focused on improving team dynamics so it generates organizational value

Basic Qualifications:

Equivalent experience, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Preferred Qualifications:

SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus
