We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Manager/Senior Engineers to oversee and manage faade works for a landmark high-rise residential projects in Mumbai/Western/Central Suburbs . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in faade systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation of all faade elements (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise faade-related activities during execution and conduct quality inspections upon completion.
  • Coordinate daily activities with contractors and assign work as per the project plan.
  • Collaborate closely with civil, structural, and MEP teams on-site to maintain workflow synergy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially during high-elevation works.
  • Coordinate with design teams for drawing reviews, approvals, and revisions.

Required Experience & Skills-

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in faade management with at least 3-4 years in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
  • Deep understanding of faade systems, materials, installation techniques, and technical standards.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and documentation practices.
