Role overview

As an AI Solution Development Manager, you are responsible for delivering AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges and generate measurable value. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive project delivery, and act as the primary bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. Your focus is on ensuring timely, high-quality solution delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and continuously seeking new opportunities for AI innovation and business transformation.

Accountable for technical delivery excellence while managing a portfolio of AI implementation projects. You are responsible for ensuring our business is recognized as the technical partner of choice for operational AI transformation, where our clients trust our ability to deliver innovative, production-grade AI solutions.

The role

The primary role is to lead cross-functional teams engaged in building AI applications using our proven methodologies, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Expertise and experience

Minimum of 8 years of software development experience with 5+ years focusing on AI/ML applications in production environments

Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.

Strong background in AI technologies, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and the software development lifecycle.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, UI/ UX leads, etc).

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new AI-driven business solutions.

Business Impact

Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI software projects, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Translate complex business needs into actionable software development plans and ensure outcomes deliver tangible value for the organization and clients.

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and value realization, using insights to optimize delivery and maximize business impact.

Identify, evaluate, and implement new AI-driven solution applications that address emerging business needs or unlock additional value

Business building

Excellent proposal development, sales pitch and proposition-building skills

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and identify new avenues for growth.

Support the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value and differentiation of our AI and software capabilities
