Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Executive for a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, or Dombivli. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, focusing on expanding our existing portfolio in various chemical sectors. The candidate should possess the ability to drive growth through strategic B2B sales and client engagement to support the company's global objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of specialty chemicals, dyes, and fatty amines with the ability to leverage this knowledge in client interactions.
- Experience with resin and surfactants to propose comprehensive solutions to clients' diverse needs.
- Ability to conduct market research and trend analysis to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficient in generating leads and building robust client relationships for long-term business success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey complex ideas and close deals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill), Home and Personal Care formulation (Mandatory skill), Surfactants & Ethoxylates (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs, focusing on high-growth potential segments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market presence and maximize revenue streams for Indo Amines Ltd.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the R&D team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and related industries.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate clients on product offerings and technological advancements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on sales performance and market dynamics to senior management.
