Role & responsibilities .
:
- Campaign Execution: Help plan and run marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms, making sure they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Digital Marketing: Handle social media profiles, run email campaigns, and monitor results to improve performance.
- Event Promotion: Assist in reaching out to attendees and exhibitors, manage registrations, and send event reminders.
- Content Creation: Write and design engaging material for websites, social media, newsletters, and event collateral.
- Market Research: Study market trends, competitors, and audience preferences to fine-tune strategies.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work with vendors, sponsors, and agencies to maintain consistent branding.
- Onsite Support: Help with event-day tasks such as registration, live social updates, and distributing materials.
- Reporting: Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare post-event reports with suggestions for improvement.
