Project Details:

Project: Redevelopment of New Delhi Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure

Mode: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)

Location: New Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Use project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to create and monitor schedules.

Liaise with external stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, consultants, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.

Plan and allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project goals.

Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Identify and mitigate potential risks (technical, financial, environmental, etc.) affecting project delivery.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams during planning and execution phases.

Evaluate and approve vendor and subcontractor bids to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with prior exposure to elevated metro, high-speed rail, or railway redevelopment projects will be given preference.
