Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Medical Quality to oversee and enhance our quality management systems in the medical sector. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality management systems for medical products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality assurance.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and training programs for staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive solutions.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders regarding quality matters.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7-11 years of experience in medical quality management or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical industry (e.g., ISO, FDA, ICH).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quality data analysis and reporting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
