Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales/Telesales professionals to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products/services, and driving successful conversions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to prospective customers via calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to generate sales opportunities.

Present products/services clearly and persuasively to customers, addressing their queries and helping them make informed decisions.

Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Update CRM systems with accurate customer information, call logs, and sales activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product offerings and promotional campaigns.

Participate in sales promotions, customer engagement initiatives, and on-ground activities when required.

Track and report key performance metrics such as lead conversions, call productivity, and revenue generation to the sales manager.

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies and positioning.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / HSC with relevant sales experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound calling, customer acquisition, or telemarketing is an advantage.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high levels of energy and motivation.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
