  • Coaching students to shine — resumes, mock interviews, aptitude prep, soft skills, the works
  • Building powerful connections with companies, alumni, and faculty
  • Keeping the placement process smooth, stress-free, and successful
  • Tracking every win (from applications to final offers)

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Business Admin, HR, Education, or anything similar
  • 2–5 years of experience in placements, career services, or recruitment (freshers with serious hustle are welcome too)
  • A natural people-person with strong communication and networking skills
  • Super organized, deadline-friendly, and ready to multitask like a pro
