About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of Halo Electronics Retail's digital presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign execution, performance analysis, and omnichannel engagement. The ideal candidate will help drive traffic, improve conversions, and elevate the customer journey across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Coordinate with product, creative, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in brand messaging across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and competitor strategies to recommend actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or electronics sector.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
