About the Role

As a
Senior Associate – Digital Marketing
, you'll be at the forefront of driving Zolo's digital growth story. You'll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that build brand visibility, generate quality leads, and directly impact business outcomes. This role offers high ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership on performance-driven marketing initiatives.

You might start by managing digital marketing for one vertical — such as Zolo Co-living or Z Vacation — but as you grow, your scope will expand to multiple business units and leading a team of your own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage digital presence across platforms — website, SEO, social media, and content updates.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver impactful creatives and messaging.
  • Experiment with new digital tools, platforms, and ad formats to improve ROI.
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for content, automation, and data analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Education & Experience

Education:
Graduate degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Analytics). No MBA required.

Industry:
Digital marketing agencies, performance marketing firms, or growth teams in startups.

Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta; proven use of AI tools (like ChatGPT) for automation, copy, or data. Candidates who have built or managed their own digital projects are strongly preferred.
