We are currently looking for a dedicated part-time Bookkeeper to work closely with our team on the bookkeeping and financial management of a subsidized daycare in Montreal, Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the daycare business model, understands the importance of accuracy, and wants a stable, long-term remote position with professional growth.

What You'll Do

You will receive close training and ongoing guidance directly from our CPA team in Canada. Your main tasks will include:

  • Recording day-to-day transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Managing vendor bills, staff reimbursements, and monthly expenses.
  • Preparing internal financial summaries and reports.
  • Assisting with payroll, government remittances, and subsidy reporting.
  • Helping maintain well-organized records for audits and compliance.

This role is hands-on — we'll train you in the details of daycare operations, but we need someone who takes ownership, asks questions, and wants to grow into a reliable, trusted team member.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred (we will provide additional training).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
  • Strong learning attitude — curious about how the daycare business works.
  • Reliable computer, stable internet, and quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken).

Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible hours (15–20 hours per week).
  • Fully remote — India-based candidates only.

Pay: ₹25, ₹39,815.30 per month
