1.1.1 About the Role
The Business Development Coordinator will support the business development function through proposal drafting, client communication, and coordination with internal technical teams. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and manage marketing and proposal materials. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior BD professionals and technical experts in a fast-growing renewable energy consulting environment.
Reports To: Senior Business Development Associate
1.1.2 Key Responsibilities Proposal & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, EOIs, and pre-qualification documents for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for inputs, data, and documentation required for submissions.
- Develop and maintain standard templates, trackers, and databases for proposals and opportunities.
- Ensure proposals adhere to submission deadlines and internal review procedures.
Client Coordination & Research
- Support client communication, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Conduct desk-based research on potential clients, tenders, and market opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records, BD trackers, and opportunity pipelines.
Marketing & Collateral Development
- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements, and corporate presentations.
- Support content coordination for website updates and digital communication.
- Collaborate with design and communication teams for brand-aligned collateral preparation.
1.1.3 Candidate Profile
Education: BBA / B.Com / BA (Marketing, Communication, Sustainability).
Experience: 2–4 years in business development coordination, proposal writing, or marketing support, preferably in consulting, engineering, or clean energy sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe).
Other Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a collaborative approach.
Travel: Limited, primarily for client meetings or events within India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹224, ₹1,085,401.91 per year
