Business Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring all client requirements are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Proposal and Presentation: Create tailored presentations, proposals, and quotes for clients, presenting the companys products and services effectively.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with potential clients, working towards the successful closure of deals.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, including updates on lead generation, sales pipeline, and closing rates.
Skills :
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in business development or sales
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
