We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights to join our FP&A Analytics Team. In this role, you will drive actionable insights and build advanced analytical solutions for finance teams (FP&A), leveraging expertise in data modeling, BI, and AI/ML to make a significant impact. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Analytics you'll be responsible for:

• Building data models and data pipelines in DBT using VS Code to support analytics solutions
• Improving existing data models/tables to extract, transform, and analyzing data from multiple sources, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Implementing AI-enabled insight tools and incorporating AI-based chatbots into FP&A and financial operations to streamline decision-making and boost efficiency
• Developing scenario modeling tools using machine learning techniques to perform simulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions that address challenges and enhance business performance

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Business Analytics or a similar function, with a strong understanding of Finance Analytics
• Expertise in designing and maintaining data models, and building data pipelines in DBT ( or any other ETL/ELT application)
• Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and good working knowledge of Python
• Proven track record of successfully delivering analytics-driven solutions, including extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience deploying AI-powered chatbots or conversational assistants in a business or financial context
• Proficiency in Python, data automation, machine learning integration, and working with large-scale databases, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Experience in Finance Analytics, preferably in a SaaS company
