We are seeking a highly motivated
Insights Analyst
to join our Analytics and Insights team at Copeland. This role will be instrumental in delivering critical insights and decision support to accelerate our digital transformation and drive impact across all areas of the business.

As an Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. By combining advanced analytics with compelling visualizations and storytelling techniques, you will help translate data into narratives that drive business results. You will partner with business leaders to strengthen data literacy across the organization, empowering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions and fostering a culture of analytics-driven innovation.

Education / Job-related Technical Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates a courteous, tactful, and professional approach with employees and others.
• Ability to work in a large, global corporate structure
• Advanced English level, advanced level of additional language is a plus
• Strong sense of ethics and company's core values and adherence thereto
• Demonstrated ability to clearly isolate and define problems, effectively evaluate alternative solutions, and make decisions in a timely manner.
• Good decision-making ability, ability to operate in ambiguous situations and high analytical
• Ability to judge between the pros and cons of approaches against stated objectives.

Data Analysis & Insights Development

• Translates complex datasets into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and trends.
• Applies statistical and analytical methods to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and predict outcomes.
• Partners with business stakeholders to define metrics, success criteria, and measurement frameworks.
• Leverages advanced BI tools (e.g., Sigma or Power BI) to deliver scalable insights solutions.
• Conducts ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and leadership decision-making.
• Maintains knowledge of emerging analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve insights delivery.

Systems & Business Analysis

• Collaborates with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Simplifies complex analytical processes into clear, actionable outputs.
• Validates data sources, testing, and ensures the accuracy and quality of insights delivered.
• Communicates assumptions, limitations, and required inputs clearly to stakeholders.

Service Management

• Manages stakeholder expectations around analytics deliverables, timelines, and feasibility.
• Proactively identifies and investigates anomalies, trends, or issues in business performance.
• Provides leadership with actionable recommendations to address risks or capitalize on opportunities.
• Supports change management by enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
