Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM software.
  • Handle client escalations with efficiency and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in industries such as marketing, hospitality, IT services, or B2B services is a plus.
