Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Telecalling Executive. Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide clear, concise information
  • Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in using basic computer tools for data entry and record keeping
  • Attention to detail and capability to multitask effectively
  • Fluency in the local language and English is preferred
  • Prior experience in a target-based environment is a bonus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to customer service or communication are advantageous
