Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the school's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase visibility.
  • Act as a counsellor for admissions, handling parent queries and guiding them through the admission process.
  • Conduct telecalling to generate leads and follow up with prospective parents.
  • Coordinate with the school team to organize events and activities for marketing.
  • Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads and admissions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, counselling or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media handling.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work in a school environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
