Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  2. Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and grow online communities.
  3. Coordinate webinars, product demos, and institutional outreach events.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to design lead-nurturing activities and track campaign performance.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  6. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Compensation


Freshers:

₹15,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives


Experienced:

₹20,000–₹25,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives


Performance Review:

Every 6 months
