Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Panasonic AC World showroom (Faridabad). The Sales & Marketing Executive will:

  • Handle B2C and B2B sales of RAC, CAC, and VRF solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through field marketing, client visits, and networking.
  • Work closely with Architects, MEP Consultants, and Builders to expand sales opportunities.
  • Execute day-to-day field marketing drives (e.g., society/RWA campaigns, local promotions).
  • Support showroom operations by engaging walk-in customers and providing technical sales consultation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-ups and support, coordinating with the operations team for execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales (RAC, CAC, VRF).
  • Strong knowledge of Room ACs, Commercial ACs, VRF Systems.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for daily reporting.
  • Strong market research and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve showroom sales targets (B2C) while actively driving B2B sales pipelines.
  • Conduct field visits, promotional drives, and cold calls to generate leads.
  • Build long-term relationships with Architects, MEP consultants, Builders, and RWAs.
  • Promote Mectric's full HVAC portfolio (RAC, CAC, VRF, O&M) with Panasonic focus.
  • Support in marketing campaign execution (digital + on-ground).
  • Provide accurate reports on sales progress and market insights.
