Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Faridabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and executing marketing campaigns. The role includes tracking sales performance, participating in sales training, and contributing to team meetings. Daily tasks also involve identifying new market opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to develop and deliver Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
