Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight:

  • Provide governance oversight and strategic direction across multiple services.
  • Ensure operational excellence and financial sustainability of business unit.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, innovation, and ethical leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Manage resource, cash flow, budgeting, and strategic planning for the business unit.
  • Implement administrative and operational policies to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Execution & Operations:

  • Collaborate with MD, board members and contribute to strategic planning and governance.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations including marketing, sales, engineering, execution, and support for multiple service.
  • Deliver revenue and profitability targets while managing costs and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Expand the division's footprint through new market development, new services and strategic alliances wherever required.
  • Drive innovation in sustainable technologies and lead R&D-to-commercialization efforts.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in green chemistry and renewable energy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
  • Lead client engagement and stakeholder management to ensure project success.
  • Develop design, engineering& construction domain for expansion.
  • Project management & overall lifecycle from concept to operations.
  • Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory compliance including SEBI and audit requirements
