We are hiring experienced International Sales Professionals for a leading Digital Marketing Sales Campaign based in Gurgaon, Sector 44.

This role demands individuals with proven outbound sales experience and exceptional communication skills, ready to thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment.

Position Details

Role: International Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon Sector 44 (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Night Shifts (Primarily US/UK) or 24/7 Rotational | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients (US/UK region) for digital marketing services.
  • Make approximately 100+ outbound calls per day to generate and convert qualified leads.
  • Convince and close customers for plan upgrades and renewals.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer engagement to ensure repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)

  • Education: Graduate with a valid degree (Result awaited candidates are not eligible).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in an international outbound sales process in a single organization.
  • Process Type: Must have worked in a hardcore sales campaign for US/UK clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners only.
  • Willingness: Must be open to making outbound sales calls and achieving aggressive targets.

  • Package: 5 LPA 7 LPA (based on current CTC and up to 30% hike).
