Inside Sales Specialist | High-Energy Go-Getter Attitude Location: Delhi | Experience: 1–4 Years | Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We're looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our Events Division.
The role involves engaging with digital leads generated through marketing campaigns, educating them about ongoing Investor Events, and ensuring confirmed investor attendance at the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150 calls per day to digital leads interested in franchise and business opportunities.
- Educate prospects about upcoming Events, Exhibitions, and Business Opportunities.
- Convince and ensure investor registrations and attendance for events.
- Follow up on hot leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate confirmations.
- Maintain and update lead status accurately in CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and event coordination team for lead optimization.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and event-wise targets for investor participation.
- Provide daily reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus).
- Experience handling digital marketing leads (Meta, Google, or CRM-based) preferred.
- Target-oriented with the ability to convert interest into confirmed attendance.
- Confident, energetic, and self-disciplined with a go-getter attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or lead dashboards.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Event Sales / Lead Conversion.
