We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing of web and mobile applications. The role involves writing and executing test scripts for Web and Mobile applications using JMeter, NeoLoad, and API testing tools, while working closely with development teams to ensure performance and scalability meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum SDLC and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Expertise in Performance Testing using JMeter and NeoLoad.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Mobile App Testing (iOS and Android).
  • Proficient in using XCode Instruments and Android Profiler to analyze mobile app performance.
  • Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman.
  • Ability to develop and maintain performance test scripts in JMeter and NeoLoad.
  • Understanding of Load test plans, product architecture, and domain knowledge.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or equivalent databases, with ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with Web Services standards/technologies: HTML, XML, SOAP, JSON, REST, JUnit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Performance Testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications in Performance Testing / JMeter / NeoLoad will be an added advantage.
