Responsibilities will further consist of Working with the executive team and team leaders you will own all Finance Accounting functions and related activities Collaborate with global finance leaders and business heads to align service delivery Serve as the primary contact in finance team for global stakeholders supported by the GCC Build and lead a high performing and scalable finance team for larger expansion in GCC setup Define and execute the finance strategy for the GCC aligned with global finance objectives Act as a key member of the India leadership team contributing to overall GCC strategy and growth Establish and manage core finance functions F A controllership reporting tax and compliance Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision making and operational efficiency Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of agility innovation and continuous improvement within the finance team Work closely with HR IT Legal and Operations to support the overall setup and scaling of the GCC Develop a long term talent strategy for finance including upskilling leadership development and succession planning Benchmark GCC finance operations against industry standards and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Establish governance frameworks policies and controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance Develop financial contingency plans and ensure business continuity in case of disruptions or global financial volatilityExpereince 15 18 years of full time experience from a similar position in Financial Services Professional Services or a complex international company Experience in building a Global Competence Center Shared Services Center functions from scratch while managing key stakeholders and drive things in the right direction CA CPA CMA
