Manager - Data and MIS

Role & Responsibilities
Data Collection & Organisation: Gather, verify, and update data across all verticals (construction, real estate, hospitality, education, warehousing & logistics). Maintain records of group companies, schools, assets (movable & immovable), and statutory compliances.
Digitalisation & Records Management: Digitise all historical and current records into secure, searchable formats. Implement proper data storage, retrieval, and backup systems. Ensure accessibility of information for management and stakeholders.
MIS Development & Reporting: Design and manage an MIS dashboard covering all business verticals. Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management review. Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date statutory and regulatory compliance-related records. Ensure timely reminders and alerts for compliance deadlines (ROC filings, statutory returns, etc.).
Technology & Process Improvement: Introduce digital tools, software, and apps for effective record management. Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure smooth functioning of data management systems.
Confidentiality & Governance: Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all records. Develop SOPs for record handling and information flow across departments.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration / IT / Commerce / Data Management.Experience in data management, MIS, or records management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and digital record tools.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance documentation.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Thedesired incumbent will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and digitalising all data and records related to the groups business verticals, including Schools, Movable and Immovable assets, companies information, and statutory compliance documentation.
He/She will develop and manage a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data for decision-making.
