About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Team Lead – MIS (Management Information Systems)
to lead our MIS team. The role involves managing end-to-end MIS reporting, data analysis, process automation, and ensuring accurate, timely, and business-driven insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the MIS team and oversee day-to-day reporting, data management, and analysis.
  • Design, develop, and deliver accurate
    MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
    for management and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure
    timely and accurate data collation, validation, and dissemination
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and automate reports using
    advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
    .
  • Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement
    process improvements & automation
    .
  • Provide insights on business performance, highlight trends, and support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Train, mentor, and manage MIS team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
    at all times.

  • Strong expertise in
    MIS reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence

  • Proficiency in
    Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (or similar visualization tools)

  • Strong understanding of
    data management, dashboards, and automation

    analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

    .
  • Effective
    communication and stakeholder management abilities
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and deliver under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum
    7+ years of experience
    in MIS/Data Reporting, with at least
    2–3 years in a team lead/managerial role
    .
  • Experience in handling large datasets and working in a corporate/business environment.
  • Exposure to
    process automation and digital transformation
    initiatives preferred.
