Position: International Customer Support Executive : (Voice, chat, blended process)

Location: Pune (viman Nagar, Kharadi, Magarpatta, Yerwada, Hinjewadi)

Salary: Up to 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA

[ 30% hike on last salary (Experience) ]

Role & responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive rapport.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate/Under Graduate Fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of International BPO experience are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends
