Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:Determine current and future staffing needs, and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Sourcing and Attraction:Lead employer branding initiatives and create campaigns to attract qualified candidates through digital marketing, social media, and career fairs.
- Recruitment Process Management:Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers and other departments to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Data & Analytics:Utilize HR software and metrics to track recruitment KPIs, analyze hiring data, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Employee Retention & Engagement:Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Leadership & Mentorship:Supervise and mentor recruitment team members, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
- Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and implement innovative solutions and new technologies to streamline the hiring process.
Essential Skills

- Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
