Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Home Loan & Insurance Specialist
to manage and scale our home loan and insurance vertical. The role involves advising clients on suitable loan and insurance solutions, coordinating with banks and insurers, and ensuring smooth execution from sourcing to disbursement / policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities

Home Loan Advisory & Execution

  • Advise clients on home loan options across banks and NBFCs
  • Compare interest rates, eligibility, and loan structures to recommend optimal solutions
  • Manage end-to-end home loan processing including documentation, follow-ups, sanction, and disbursement
  • Coordinate with bank relationship managers, credit teams, and legal teams

Insurance Advisory (Life & General)

  • Recommend suitable life and general insurance solutions based on client needs
  • Support sales and servicing of term insurance, health insurance, and property insurance
  • Handle policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination

Client Interaction & Servicing

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients for all loan and insurance-related requirements
  • Explain product features, pricing, and processes clearly to clients
  • Ensure a smooth, professional client experience

Business Growth & Coordination

  • Work closely with wealth managers and relationship teams to support cross-selling
  • Convert internal leads into successful closures
  • Track pipelines, closures, and renewals

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure KYC, documentation, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately
  • Maintain proper records of applications, policies, and client communication

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in home loans, insurance advisory, or BFSI operations
  • Strong understanding of home loan products, insurance policies, and underwriting processes
  • Ability to coordinate with banks, insurers, and internal teams
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation management
