Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review loan applications, credit reports, and financial statements to assess borrower's creditworthiness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of applicant's income, expenses, assets, and liabilities to determine loan eligibility.
  • Verify employment history, education background, and other relevant information through various databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve issues related to loan processing or underwriting decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with borrowers throughout the lending process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in loan underwriting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial loans, personal loans, group loans, home loans & mortgage loans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
