Your Role — What You'll Do

  • Connect with UK-based clients through outbound calls
  • Build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals confidently
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and hit weekly goals
  • Work closely with mentors to develop your sales and business acumen

Who You Are

  • Graduate (any stream) — freshers welcome
  • Fluent English speaker with confident communication skills
  • Ambitious, money-driven, and eager to grow in business development
  • Previous telesales/BPO experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000–₹25,000/month in hand + uncapped commissions (average in-hand ₹80,000/month; top performers cross ₹1,00,000+)

Benefits: Provident Fund, ESIC, Paid Leaves after probation

Shift: Afternoon (Summer: 1:00pm–9:30pm | Winter: 2:00pm–10:30pm)

Work Location: In-office (Jalandhar)
