Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Operations Managers with expertise in offline BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing, event production, and outdoor branding to join our team immediately. This role combines operations management with client account responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who can handle the logistics and execution of campaigns while building and maintaining strong client relationships. With positions available in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore, the selected candidates will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless operations, quality execution, and high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Plan and oversee the operational aspects of BTL marketing campaigns, including event production, fabrication, and outdoor branding installations. Client Account Management: Act as the primary contact for designated clients, building relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. Campaign Execution: Manage the setup and execution of on-ground activations, outdoor branding, and event-related deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to coordinate materials, fabrication, and logistics for smooth campaign execution. Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee campaign budgets, manage costs, and track project timelines to ensure on-schedule and cost-effective delivery. Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to brand guidelines and client requirements. Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on campaign status, and gather post-campaign feedback to continuously improve processes.

Pay: ₹13, ₹85,583.54 per month
