Sales Manager

Locations - Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Mumbai.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Hunting Profile) -* Individual role* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new B2B clients. This is a pure hunting role, focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company products and payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within payment gateways, fintech, or merchant acquisition.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
