Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the production and design teams in day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and execute production plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Assign tasks and allocate resources based on operational priorities and job urgency.
  • Create and review AutoCAD 2D drawings for steel doors, windows, frames, and related structures.
  • Coordinate with management, procurement, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Optimize production processes for better efficiency, cost control, and quality improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to design or fabrication.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill levels

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
  • Proven experience using CAD
  • Production Planning
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent problem solving and ability to meet deadlines

Qualification:

Diploma, BE/B TECH In Mechanical Engineering required

Experience:

2-3 years in same field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
