Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our manufacturing unit that specializes in steel doors and windows.

• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure optimal use of manpower and materials.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards before dispatch.
• Communicate delivery timelines to sales teams and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain factory cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Report any machinery breakdowns, accidents, or potential hazards immediately.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 01 years
• Skills: Good leadership and communication skills, Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
