Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Coordinator to support engineering and operations through effective documentation control, procurement assistance, and daily coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across technical, administrative, and vendor-related activities while maintaining accuracy, communication efficiency, and timely task execution in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Coordination: Assist engineers by managing technical documentation, preparing BOMs, and maintaining accurate project files.

Procurement & Vendor Management: Identify suppliers, request quotations, finalize purchases, and track delivery progress.

Office Administration: Arrange meetings, manage communication, organize documentation, and support smooth daily coordination.

Basic Accounting & Operations:Update expense records, support billing and payment processes, and maintain financial filing.

Market Research: Research products, suppliers, and pricing to support technical and commercial decisions.

Qualifications:

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

They must have 1–3 years of experience in technical coordination or procurement.
