Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end processes for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Handle Running Account (RA) Bills and verify work progress billing
  • Ensure GST and TDS compliance, including timely payments and filings
  • Manage TDS Section 8 compliance requirements
  • Maintain financial records with accuracy using Advanced Excel
  • Collaborate with internal teams for reconciliation, billing, and payment processing
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) for accounting entries and data management

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred)
  • 25 years of experience in AR/AP roles, preferably in real estate or construction industries

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • GST & TDS regulations

  • RA billing systems

  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

  • ERP (SAP) knowledge is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
