Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, fostering client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. The role involves conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets by driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields
  • Strong strategic planning and market research skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in OOH or digital advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
