Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an International Sales and Operation Executive. The role involves managing sales operations and driving revenue growth in international markets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales and Sales Operations experience, with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Analytical Skills for market research, evaluating trends, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
