Position - HR Executive - Recruitment

Qualification - Graduate

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / Email

  • Must have done recruitment single handedly (1 months - 6 years)

Working Day & Timings - Flexi hours 9 hours per day between 9.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining working. All Sunday off.

Benefits - Incentives, Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, Accident Insurance, 24 days Annual Paid Leave, Variable performance incentive, 12 Bank holidays.

Workplace: Vasai West (15 min by rickshaw from Vasai Road Station). Landmark: Dattani Unity Mall and above Janseva Hospital.

Job Description

  • Reviewing resumes and applications

  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

  • Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates and schedule interviews.

  • Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes

  • Proven working experience in recruiting

  • Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening from different portals, social media.
