
Telesales Agent

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce Clinderma's treatment plans
- Build rapport and explain solutions in a simple, convincing manner
- Convert inbound queries into sales through effective consultation
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue & conversion targets
- Manage customer information and sales pipeline in CRM software
- Coordinate with doctors, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales / call center sales (healthcare, edtech, fintech, or D2C sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English; regional language is an advantage)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales tracking software
