Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce Clinderma's treatment plans
  • Build rapport and explain solutions in a simple, convincing manner
  • Convert inbound queries into sales through effective consultation
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue & conversion targets
  • Manage customer information and sales pipeline in CRM software
  • Coordinate with doctors, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales / call center sales (healthcare, edtech, fintech, or D2C sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English; regional language is an advantage)
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentives
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales tracking software
