We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Follow communication scripts and handle objections professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects via phone or email.
  • Provide accurate information and generate interest in the product/service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Work Location: Office-based
  • Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
