**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce our freight forwarding services.
- Identify customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions accurately and persuasively.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain a database of contacts, interactions, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
- Speaking with customs officer and Indian agents
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing lead conversion and customer retention.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma and additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
- Fluency in [English and Hindi].
