**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales. You will be a key contributor to the growth of the company's customer base and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make cold and warm calls to potential customers, introduce the company’s products/services, and explain their benefits to generate interest.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning techniques and pitch products based on customer needs.
- **Customer Interaction**: Establish and maintain rapport with prospects, answer their queries, and resolve any concerns to build trust and credibility.
- **Sales Conversion**: Drive sales by closing deals over the phone and following up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- **Follow-up & Lead Nurturing**: Maintain regular contact with existing leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Database Management**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using CRM software or manual logging.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product/service offerings and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager regarding calls made, sales achieved, customer feedback, and pipeline status.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., real estate, insurance, telecom, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive and goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections in a positive and professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
